The Statsafe needs a steady connection to an internet to communicate with the pharmacy to provide patient support and know what medications the facility needs, etc. It can be via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
If there any firewalls, these are the 4 webpages that would need to be whitelisted for the StatSafe to operate properly.

Teamviewer is not required, but without access, we may not be able to provide remote support.
We can assist you in getting IP addresses or answer security questions as needed.
